1. Send an email to privacy@halk.ioUse the subject line "Data deletion request" and include the email address associated with your Halk account.
2. Identity verificationOur team may request additional information to verify your identity and ensure the security of the request.
3. ProcessingAfter verification, we will process your request within 15 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when the deletion is complete.
Data that will be deleted
- Profile data and account information
- Conversation history and chatbot interactions
- User settings and preferences
- Usage data and analytics associated with your account
Data that may be retained
Some data may be retained even after account deletion, as required by law:- Financial transaction records (required by law)
- Anonymized and aggregated data that does not personally identify you
- Information necessary to comply with legal or regulatory obligations
